Return Process

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original aluminum bottles; if you are returning for a refund, please ensure the pump or refill cap is tightly fastened to prevent leaks.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our team and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Process & Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange choice within 5-7 business days.
